We take pride in our customer service; all orders are shipped usually the next business day. You should expect your order to arrive within 3-5 business days once payment has been completed. The day you place your order does not count as a day.

Our windmills are made in the USA using the highest quality USA foundry aluminum & materials. Each windmill is manufactured by skilled craftsman with years of experience.  All welds are made by hand, and then quality checked prior to shipment.  The use of stainless steel bolts with nylon lock nuts assures you will always have a rust free secure fit.  High quality vinyl decal tape is used for the trim rather than paint, giving years of maintenance free beauty.

All 4’- 12’ windmills are shipped UPS ground, all 18’ – 30’ windmills & pond aeration windmills are shipped freight carrier (small semi truck). Each windmill is shipped in two packages, one package contains the tower pieces (thin long box), and the second box contains fan assembly (large thin square box). For 4’-12’ UPS will deliver to your homes normal delivery location.

All orders shipped by a fright carrier will have an appointment made by the freight carrier prior to delivery. Customer must be present and sign the bill of lading for shipment, and note any damages. Also customer is responsible for the disposal of all packing material. Contact must be made to Garden-Windmills within 48 hours if item is damaged or missing parts. Proof of damage may be necessary, and customer may need to photograph the damage.

The freight carrier's responsibility is to deliver at the base of your drive way, no other responsibilities should be assumed. Freight carrier will not and cannot assist in the unpacking, unloading, movement or placement of the product.

We only ship to the contiguous 48 states. Customers with a limited access address such as seasonal roads, gated communities, islands, peninsulas, rural route roads or any other instances that will not allow our trucks to safely deliver may incur additional charges, delays or cancellation of your order. Please contact us if your think this may apply to your order.

All of our windmills we sell require assembly and installation, which is not included. Assembly instructions are included with every order. Assembly and installation time will depend on your skills, equipment available and ground type but can be completed in average of 2 - 5 hours. For our larger windmills we recommend the use of man-lift or other lifting equipment for simple installation.  It is important that you check your local codes and bylaws before ordering. You must also call your local utility locating service to locate any and all utilities that may be near your windmill location site before installation.

Please make certain the windmill you order is what you want!  Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Should there be an issue with your order being damaged, or a different item than what you ordered, we will correct the situation as soon as possible.  It is important that you check your local codes and bylaws before ordering.  You must also call your local utility locating service to locate any and all utilities that may be near your windmill location site.  All windmills must be assembled and installed by the customer!  If you have any questions, please contact us prior to ordering.
